Jess Auton is a Specialist Division 1 Nurse at ARC Plastic Surgery Hawthorn East. 

Jess obtained her Bachelor of Nursing from Victoria University, and later gained a post-graduate certificate in peri-operative nursing from La Trobe University. She has a strong background in all aspects of surgical nursing, having worked for two years as a ward nurse in medical, surgical and day surgery wards, and four years as a scrub nurse in theatre, anaesthetics and recovery.

Jess has experience in a full range of speciality surgeries, and particularly enjoys the challenge of plastics.  Jess provides nursing assistance in the consulting rooms and in theatre with Mr Richard Bloom and a number of other Plastic Surgeons.  Seeing patients, both pre- and post- plastic surgery, Jess greatly enjoys the opportunities to provide continuous patient care.

Jess is an active member of the Nursing Board of Victoria. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, and sports such as running, tennis, swimming and golf.
